I wrote Unshakable for anyone who has ever thought: "I know better, so why do I keep reacting this way?" I know that thought personally. After my divorce, I hit a low point that didn't make sense to me. I'm a neuroscientist. I understand how the brain works. And yet there I was, consumed by fear-based patterns I couldn't seem to break. That experience sent me on a journey of almost a decade. I researched deep into neuroscience, eastern wisdom traditions, and the intersection of both. What has emerged is the Dr. Funk Method, which is always improving and evolving.
